The Lotus Graduate Training Scheme comprises a 2-year rotation programme that will see successful candidates moving throughout the Lotus Cars and Lotus Engineering divisions. Lotus prides itself on providing its people with a holistic approach to career development, and the graduate rotation process offers a thorough and comprehensive view of all its divisions and disciplines before trainees elect to specialise and hone their skills long-term.
The trainee will acquire experience of six different areas of the business in their initial 2-year period, before joining a department within Lotus Engineering or Lotus Cars and will be enrolled onto the Institution of Mechanical Engineers MPDS scheme to work towards becoming chartered.
