ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the U.S., except Puerto Rico, who are 21 years of age or older on date of entry and have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Bullrun is a rally, not a race. Participants will have to sign waivers and disclaimers agreeing to obey road regulations of every legal jurisdiction during the Bullrun rally. Employees of Group Lotus plc, authorized Lotus dealers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of the immediate family and persons living in the same household of each are ineligible.
TO ENTER: Complete an official entry form at www.lotuscars.com, www.mobile.jvc.com, authorized participating Lotus and JVC Mobile Entertainment dealerships, while quantities last, or legibly hand-print your name, address, and telephone number on a piece of paper at least 3" x 5" and mail your entry to Bullrun Rally Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1039, Ft. Lupton, CO 80621. Entries must be postmarked between May 4, 2007 and September 1, 2007 and received by September 15, 2007. Enter as often as you wish but each entry must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. One prize per household.
DRAWING: Winners will be selected on or about September 30, 2007 in a random drawing, from all eligible entries received, by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be notified by certified mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release from Liability, which must be received by Sponsor within 21 days of the date of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
1 Grand Prize: 1 Position for a Team of Two in the 2008 Bullrun Rally, including hotel accommodation along the route. Soley at winner's expense, winner must provide, "rally car" and transportation to and from "rally route." Winner shall assume all responsbility and liability for said "rally car," in addition to any and all transportation to and from said "rally route." (Approx. retail value $22,000.00); 2 First Prizes: 1 Trip to Las Vegas including economy airfare, two nights deluxe hotel accommodation, one day at the Lotus Performance Driving School and $250 spending money (Approx retail value $1749.00) 3 Second Prizes: 1 JVC KD-NX5000 in-dash navigation system (Approx. retail value: $999.00). 25 Third Prizes: 1 Lotus driving cap (Approx. retail value $20.00). All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemption allowed, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
