Our Manufacturers’ Warranty is subject to terms and conditions which can be explained to you by your Lotus Centre, before you buy. The benefit of any unexpired part of the warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners should you decide to sell your vehicle. This peace of mind will allow you to easily make the exciting move into a Lotus and enjoy it to the full, reassured of Factory support.
* New Vehicle Warranty limited to 3 years/36,000 miles in USA and 3 years/58,000 Km in Canada. Lotus Racing vehicles, Cup models, and some road going special edition models will have different terms and conditions with road registered cars benefitting from up to 2 Years/20,000 miles/33,000 Km Warranty**, so please consult your Lotus Centre or Lotus Cars for more information.

Lotus models are designed as road going sports cars. It is recognised that owners may wish to use their cars occasionally on closed circuits or private test track in order to experience the car’s full range of dynamic capabilities and indeed the specification of some models has been optimised for such activities. Lotus is pleased to maintain vehicle warranty coverage for any reasonable use in this manner, however if the car is used in competitive events including timed laps or runs or on a commercial basis, or if we feel the product has been abused or misused, Lotus will invalidate the warranty.
